How/when do I RSVP?

You will be able to RSVP on this very website. However, you will not see the option to RSVP on this website until you receive your formal invitation. When that time comes, just type your name in the "RSVP" spot. Please RSVP on this website by Friday, January 10th, 2025.

When should I arrive?

Please feel free to arrive at the Hamilton Manor anytime after 4:45 to enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage and to ensure you are at the venue on time, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.

What time does the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. Please do your best to make sure you are at the Hamilton Manor by that time, as the doors to the barn will close at the start of the ceremony.

What will the weather be like?

It will be cold outside. Thankfully, both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted in heated buildings. We recommend checking the weather before packing.

What should I wear?

Dress to impress in your best formal wear! We suggest men wear suits and women wear a knee-length/elegant cocktail dress or floor length gown.

Will there be provided transportation?

Yes, a complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding for hotel guests staying at the Residence Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the Residence Inn in Hamilton, NJ as well as the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton, NJ. These rooms are reserved for you to book and pay for by January 20th, 2025 if you choose. In addition, there are also a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from. However, the Hamilton Manor is only about 25 minutes from many of your hometowns, so feel free to arrange a ride/Uber home if you don't want to book at the hotel!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! All wedding festivities will be held at the Hamilton Manor (besides the after party).

Can I take pictures?

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony." We ask that you allow our photographers to capture our ceremony by turning off your cell phones and enjoying the moment with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is the venue handicapped accessible?

Yes!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are allowed a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, please let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Do I get to choose my meal?

At our venue, dinner is served as a duet plate chosen by the bride and groom, unless there is a dietary restriction. There will be a vegan option. The two meal options will be listed on your RSVP profile.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There is a spot on your online RSVP to notify us of any dietary restrictions!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be a top shelf open bar! The drinks are on us. But please feel free to tip our wonderful bartenders!

Will there be an after party?

Yes! The after party location is at The Flying Pig Tavern & Tap. There will be transportation provided from the Hamilton Manor to the Flying Pig. Please plan accordingly for a ride home (Ubers are easily accessible). It is about 10 minutes from both hotels.

What do I do if something changes after I RSVP?
